Jack Ayers is a London-based cinematographer, lighting camera operator, and gimbal operator with a wealth of experience spanning branded content, live events, short films, and feature-length productions. Over his career, Jack has shot more than 30 short films, along with various TV series and indie features, including Damon Rickard’s Never Have I Ever, which won Best Feature at the 2024 Unrestricted View Film Festival.
Renowned for his keen eye for visual storytelling, Jack has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including creating content for West End hits such as Hamilton, Wicked, Six, Mean Girls, and Stranger Things.
As a lighting camera operator, he worked extensively on Amelia Dimoldenberg’s popular Chicken Shop Date series. His commercial portfolio features collaborations with major brands like Google, PureGym, eBay, Bupa, BT, and Microsoft.
Jack’s technical expertise, shaped by his education at the BRIT School, Northern Film School, and London Film School, complements his creative vision, allowing him to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
